This policy covers Press Box, the internal publishing and reporting tools used by Win Column Sports staff and contributors. It doesn’t cover our public websites.

What Press Box does. Press Box publishes graphics to Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts operated by Win Column Sports, and reads posts from those accounts so we can keep a record of what we’ve published. It isn’t offered to the public, and only approved staff and contributors can sign in.

Information we use. We use the name and email address of people who sign in, and the names of contributors credited on our work. For our own Facebook and Instagram accounts, we use post details such as links, dates, captions and post types.

What we don’t do. We don’t collect information from members of the public through Press Box, and we don’t read their profiles, messages or comments. We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Where it’s stored. Information is stored on Google Cloud. Our access tokens for Meta are stored securely and aren’t shared.

Keeping and deleting information. We keep contributor records for as long as we need them to credit work. To ask us to correct or delete your information, or to remove your access, email thewincolumnblog@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes. If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
